Step 2: Login as a member.
Step 3: Select your favorite products from our list and add them into your shopping cart.
Step 4: When finish your online shopping, press [Checkout ].
Step 5: Parcel weight and shipping fee to your destination will be automatically calculated.
Step 6: Follow the guideline to settle the payment.
Step 7: You can view all your orders in the member center.
Step 8: Tracking number will be sent to you when parcel is delivered. You may also instantly track the parcel status at order tracking page.
(** As stocks is changing every day, there may have potentially 1% of goods out of stock, our CS will tell you in detail, and let you decide wheather you would like to wait or exchange for another style to enable faster postage. All excess payment and excess shipping fee would be credited to your member account for latter use, if you want, we can also refund to your paypal account ).
Shopping Details:
1. You may add your preferred items to Cart Content, all items adding to chart are currently in stock.
2. Please click [Checkout] to proceed your order, payment information and account details will be displayed on check out page.
3. You can check [My Account ] for all your account information, including Order Information, Order Processing Status, Point Account Status and Redemptions.
Return Procedures:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately at service@dreskky.com. We will instruct you where to return your merchandise(s). Please do not return to sender. You must contact us first before returning any items in order to receive proper refund or replacement in a timely fashion.
If you have received your order for more than 7 days, no returns are allowed. If there are extenuating circumstances, you can email us at service@dressky.com with your order number and issue. The Return Department will make a final determination within 2 business days.
365clothes.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit back to our fulfillment center.
* Shipping Charges are non refundable. All refunds back to credit cards are subject to a 3% transaction fee (no transaction charges for check refunds). Unused items must be new and in unused condition with original packaging, dust bag/tags, documentation and authenticity cards.
